It discusses federal and state regulations, or lack thereof in the United States, and European Union initiatives, including the GDPR and the AI Act that impact the use of AI technology in healthcare. I also discuss tort liability for the hallucinogenic ramblings of AI gone mad, the more subtle AI omission of facts, and for AI bias.
